Flagler Hospital receives A rating for quality, safety from Leapfrog

Gina Mangus, spokeswoman for Flagler Hospital, said finally achieving an A rating in 2021 is especially meaningful for the hospital.
Providing quality patient care in the safest possible environment is our highest priority in any given year, but it is particularly meaningful to us now, as our team members have risen to the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Mangus said. We are honored to be recognized by The Leapfrog Group for our excellence in patient safety with an A rating.
In 2020, Flagler Hospital placed a particular focus on consistent reporting of key processes rated by the Leapfrog Group.
