Koasina Williams contacted 7OYS after she hired Narciso Mendez, the owner of Mendez Construction & Remodeling. After a storm in April 2020, Williams needed a new roof, fence and her pantry redone. She hired Mendez in October 2020, but eight months later the job is still incomplete.
“He came by, he looked at my roof and looked at everything else, looked at my fence and everything, and he told me he could replace everything and how much he would charge me,” Williams said. ....
