And the center of Reagan s frustration is the Small Business Administration. In December 2020, President Trump approved federal funds to go to the SBA to help shuttered businesses like Flix reopen. It s called the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant program. It wasn t until five months later, in April, when Reagan and other business owners were able to fill out a loan application. ....
