The joint venture of Dilip Buildcon and Altis-Holding Corporation has executed an EPC agreement on 27 January 2021 with the National Highways Authority of India for an EPC project in the State Of Rajasthan.
The Rs 1000.08 crore project entails the construction of eight lane access-controlled expressway starting near junction with NH-12 near village Ummedpura to Major bridge over Takli river near Nayagoan Jageer village section of Delhi-Vadodara Green Field Alignment (NH-148N) under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

Benchmark indices further extended gains and hit the day s high in early afternoon trade. At 12:20 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, rallied 263.21 points or 0.57% at 46,269.90. The Nifty 50 index advanced 80.95 points or 0.60% at 13,547.25.
In the broader market, the S&P BSE Mid-Cap index gained 1.47% while the S&P BSE Small-Cap index added 2.19%.

Dilip Buildcon announced that the company and its JV partner Altis-Holding Corporation has received letter of acceptance on 22 December 2020 from National Highways Authority of India for a new EPC project viz construction of eight lane access controlled expressway starting new junction with NH-12 near village Ummedpura to major bridge over Takli river near Nayagoan Jaqeer village (Ch. 419.000-427.300) section of Delhi - Vadodara Green Field Alignment (NH-148N) in the state of Rajasthan on EPC Mode.
The project bid cost is Rs 1000.08 crore.

Sensex ends 437 pts higher, Nifty above 13,600; IT stocks extend rally


Key domestic indices ended with strong gains on Wednesday, supported by rally in IT stocks. The Nifty closed above the crucial 13,600 mark. All the sectoral indices on the NSE ended in the green. Positive global cues boosted sentiment.
The BSE Sensex rallied 437.49 points or 0.95% to 46,444.18. The Nifty 50 index added 134.80 points or 1% to 13,601.10.
Hindustan Unilever (up 2.67%), ITC (up 2.14%) and Reliance Industries (up 0.37%) advanced.
The broader market rallied. The BSE Mid-Cap index rose 2.40% and the BSE Small-Cap index gained 2.65%.
Buyers outpaced sellers. On the BSE, 2,296 shares rose and 650 shares fell. A total of 151 shares were unchanged.
