COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - South Carolina officials announced the state will move to phase 1b of its vaccine distribution plan on Monday, March 8.
This will allow roughly 2.7 million people in the state to get the vaccine, officials said.
It includes teachers, essential workers, and everyone 55 and older. People at higher risk for severe COVID-19 disease because of medical conditions, or living or work conditions, are also included. ....

Melanie at that stage was dressed in a safety smock. She had a big lump on her forehead. There was blood on her forehead, which seemed like fresh blood. There was dried blood down the front of her smock. And her room was bare.
