Abirami Sritharan from Slough has been announced as the winner of Time to Talk s poetry competition with her poem It s all just a facade .
The poem speaks volumes about the importance of mental health and talking to someone if you re in need of help.
She said: I have always loved talking to people and being sociable has been a great skill as it has allowed several people to come and open up to me about their Mental Health. ....
