Article content Michelle Dixon and Lindsay Pennock will be rectifying a grievous oversight with the opening of 70 Acre Brew Co. in Sherwood Park later this spring. “It’s something we’ve discussed a lot over the years,” says Dixon, who with Pennock owns the new brewery and taproom at 310, 6000 Buckingham Drive. “The craft beer scene has been growing in Alberta, but we hadn’t seen anything specifically come out of Strathcona County or Sherwood Park.
