Temasek launches three tranche offering of USD bonds

Temasek Financial (I) Ltd (TFin-I), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings, is launching a three tranche offering comprising 10-year, 20-year and 40-year bonds. 
The 10-year T2031-USD Temasek Bond, 20-year T2041-USD Temasek Bond, and 40-year T2061-USD Temasek Bond will be issued under its $25-billion Guaranteed Global Medium Term Note Programme, according to a statement.
The bonds will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.  
Net proceeds from the issuance of the T2031-USD, T2041-USD and T2061-USD Temasek Bonds will be provided to Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund their ordinary course of business.  ....
