A total of 20 government officials and experts from the Ministries of Education, the National Commissions for UNESCO, education institutions and civil society organizations in China, Japan, Mongolia and Republic of Korea participated in the sub-regional consultation for East Asia. Understanding how crucial this is, the Global Citizenship Education (GCED) module has been embedded into the local curriculum.
