A former technology coordinator for the Blue Ridge School District is accused of ordering more than $ 400,000 worth of unnecessary computer switches, then selling them as his own and putting the money in the pocket.
Joshua O. Raymer, 45, of Clinton, was charged with a federal count of postal fraud in the US District Court, Springfield’s Central District on Tuesday.
Federal officials believe that Mr. Raymer, who worked for the Farmer City-based school district between July 2015 and December 2018, dealt directly with two companies to order more than 100 computer switches, which were billed to the school district. ....
