Taiwanese F-16s upgrade to include HARM - Air Warfare

The AGM-88 missile is one of several features in an FMS modification for Lockheed Martin to assist the Peace Phoenix Rising 2 programme for Taiwan.
The US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center has awarded a maximum $138 million sole-source FMS modification to Lockheed Martin, in connection with the Peace Phoenix Rising 2 programme for Taiwan.
Lockheed Martin will provide automatic ground-collision avoidance technology and the Raytheon AGM-88 High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM), as well as improved radar software, an updated data acquisition system and advanced IFF for the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) F-16A/B Block 20 MLU programme. ....

Lockheed Martin has been awarded a not-to-exceed USD138 million contract modification for Taiwan’s ‘Peace Phoenix Rising’ programme, which is aimed at upgrading the Republic of China Air Force’s (RoCAF’s) fleet of F-16A/B Fighting Falcon multirole fighter aircraft to the latest F-16V Block 70/72 configuration.
The US Department of Defense announced on 26 April that the modification is for “the development and fielding of capabilities for the Automatic Ground Collision Avoidance System [Auto GCAS] and AGM-88 High-speed Anti-radiation Missile [HARM], improvements in radar software maturity, an update to the data acquisition system, and advanced identification friend-or-foe” systems, adding that work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and Taiwan, and is expected to be completed by 30 September 2022. ....

Chief of the Indian Air Force (IAF) Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria flew a Su-30MKI fighter jet in Bengaluru to witness its capability enhancement , the Indian Air Force (IAF) tweeted from its official account.
While, the IAF tweet did not specify what it meant by “capability  enhancement,” the Su-30MKI, has the past  been tested  with various Indian made weapons such as the BrahMos cruise missile, and the
