Two Mendenhall High School seniors were killed Friday morning in a head-on collision, authorities.The crash was reported about 7:20 a.m. on Mississippi 43, 8 miles south of the Mendenhall city limits, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Preliminary reports indicate that a southbound 2008 GMC Canyon, driven by Joseph Lee Franklin 43, of Brandon, and a northbound 2005 Toyota Camry, driven by Damion R. Ford 17, of Harrisville, collided head-on into each other, according to a news release from Troop C.Ford was killed, along with left rear passenger Eric Dwayne McKenny Jr., 18, also of Harrisville, MHP said.
