Uprising Beach Resort put up for sale
Uprising Beach Resort in Pacific Harbour has been put up for sale.
This has been confirmed by the resort owner Rene Munch who is expected to release more details on this later.
The reason for the sale has not been revealed.
The resort has been in operation for almost 14 years now and employs around 30 workers in the Navua and Pacific Harbour area.
It contains 24 traditionally thatched private rooms including 12 standard bures and 12 deluxe villas, plus a 20 bed tree- house style shared facility.
The resort also has a rugby/soccer field with fully equipped state of the art gymnasium. ....

A Suva-based non-governmental organisation is fundraising to build five homes that were destroyed in Nawaca, Vanua Levu during Tropical Cyclone Yasa.
First Responders are trying to raise at least $15,000 per home.
Founder Sarah Conrad said one of their fundraising drives was a food stall located opposite the Uprising Beach Resort in Pacific Harbour.
“Nawaca was the only village whose community hall was not destroyed or in use as an evacuation centre and the only one available to host the 40 volunteers who travelled across,” she said. ....
