新型コロナ自宅療養方針めぐり参議院厚生労働委員会で議論 | 新型コロナウイルス

田村厚生労働大臣は「いつまでも我慢する社会ではなく、緩めていく社会にしたいが、この夏は、少なくともリスクの高い行動を避け、なるべく自宅で対応してもらうことをお願いしたい」と述べました。
▽立憲民主党の石橋通宏氏は「重大な方針変更に国民が心配している。中等症でも原則、自宅療養とすれば、多くの救うべき命が救えなくなる」とただしました。
田村大臣は「中等症患者も原則入院となる。重症化リスクが低い人は自宅で対応してもらうが、重症化が急速に進む可能性が高いと判断されれば、医師が必要性に応じて判断し入院となる」と述べました。
▽公明党の矢倉克夫氏は「『中等症になれば自宅で苦しむしかないという方針を、政府が全国一律に決めたのではないか』と受け止められているが、改めて説明してほしい」と質問しました。
田村大臣は「仮に軽症であっても、急激に症状が悪化する可能性が高いと判断されれば、医師の判断で入院ということになる。助かる命を1人でも助けたいという考え方だと理解してほしい」と述べました。
▽日本維新の会の東徹氏は「新型コロナウイルスの飲み薬が実用化されれば、自宅で簡単に服用でき、医療のひっ迫も避けられる。どう支援するか」と質問しました。
田村大臣は「飲み薬が気軽に使えるようになれば、それを渡して自宅で療養してもらうこともできる。治験が動きだしているので開発を支援し、ほかの薬事承認の過程よりも、早いスピードでしっかりと審査をしたい」と述べました。
▽国民民主党の浜口誠氏は「中等症や重症、軽症で症状が急変する人でも、しっかり医療につなげるためには、病床数の拡大にこれからも取り組んでいく必要がある」とただしました。
田村大臣は「感染拡大の可能性がある地域では、さらなる病床の確保をお願いしなければならないが、ほかの疾病の人と完全に分けて感染管理をしなければならず、医療関係者に大変な苦労をかけながら病床を増やしているのも事実だ」と説明しました。
▽共産党の倉林明子氏は「自宅療養が基本となると、早期の治療に漏れが出て重症患者を増やしかねない。方針を変えても、重症病床などが増えるわけでもなく、どう余力を確保するのか」と質問しました。
田村大臣は「今はまだ確保病床が満杯になってないが、50％を超えるとミスマッチが起きて入りづらくなる。今のような感染状況が続けば病床は埋まり、自宅で急変した人が入れなくなるので、なんとか病床を確保していく」と述べました。
首相「引き続き丁寧に説明していきたい」
菅総理大臣は、政府の新型コロナウイルス対策本部で「全国一律のものではなく、感染急増地域で、自治体の判断による選択肢を設けるものだ。引き続き、必要な病床の確保を進め、中等症で酸素の投与が必要な方や、酸素の投与が必要でなくても重症化のリスクのある方は、もちろん入院していただき、入院は、医師の判断で行っていただく。自宅にいる患者についても、血液中の酸素飽和度を測る『パルスオキシメーター』や電話などで、状態をこまめに把握し、症状が悪くなったら、すぐに入院できる体制をつくる。引き続き、こうした点を丁寧に説明していきたい」と述べました。
田村厚労相「尾身会長に連絡取れておらず反省」
政府の方針について、尾身会長は4日、衆議院厚生労働委員会で「政府とは毎日のようにいろんなことで相談、連絡、協議しているが、この件に関しては特に相談、議論したことはない」と述べていました。

But after the OP, we're not at any big music moment yet; we're just with Kyoya at the school festival, which is in full swing.
