A retired Air Force colonel, softball coach, and Girl Scout leader, Dawn draws inspiration from her own life experiences in order to write her books. Her past encounters with a stalker is what drove her to write her first book, “ .” During her first duty assignment in the Air Force in the early 1990s, Dawn dealt with a stalker who broke into her house and would mess with her phones.

18-year-old passenger killed in Jeff Davis crash, driver charged Courtesy MGN Online and last updated 2021-05-03 22:33:36-04 An 18-year-old is dead and another passenger seriously injured following a single-vehicle crash in Jeff Davis Parish on LA hwy 383. The driver of the vehicle has been charged with vehicular homicide. Louisiana State Police say that on May 3, 2021, at approximately 2:10 p.m., Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on LA Hwy 383 just south of Village Cemetery Road. The crash claimed the life of 18-year-old Alijah J. Droddy of Kinder. An investigation revealed a pickup truck, driven by 18-year-old Hunter Joseph Pelican of Kinder, was traveling north on LA 383 at a high rate of speed, according to troopers. State Police say the truck ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a mailbox before traveling back onto the roadway and striking another mailbox on the opposite side of the road. The truck then rolled over several times before coming to rest on the side of the roadway.

LANDRY PARISH â The Louisiana State Police say that a single-vehicle crash that took place overnight on Monday on LA Highway 182 near Judson Walsh in St. Landry Parish claimed the life of the unidentified driver. According to LSP, the initial investigation revealed that the crash occurred at approximately 12:00 as the driver was driving a Dodge Charger north on LA 182. For reasons still under investigation, state police say the vehicle ran off the roadway to the right and struck a tree. Upon doing so, the Charger caught fire with the driver still inside.

INITIAL: Police are responding to reports of a car that has crashed into a pole in North Rockhampton. The single-vehicle crash reportedly occurred on Bridge Street, Berserker, at 9.06am on Monday. It is understood the car involved was a Holden Commodore. One police crew is currently on scene. More to come.
