LISBON A virtual boating safety course will be held April 26-29 from 4-6 p.m. each night. The course is being offered by the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and sponsored by Lisbon Central School After School Program but is available to everyone.
Cathy Trenton, Commander of the Ogdensburg Flotilla says, “this is a great opportunity to get your boating safety certificate without having to drive a great distance to attend classes. No matter where you live, anyone with a computer or cell phone with a camera and microphone can complete this online course by attending just four, two-hour online sessions”. ....
