In light of extra time and efforts by employees during the pandemic, the Ojai Federation of Teachers, the California School Employees Association and the Ojai Unified School District agreed to allocate a portion of COVID-19 funding to one-time compensation for the 2020–2021school year.
Under the tentative agreement, all employees will be given an equal compensation amount, according to OUSD and OFT. ....
