Claymark will provide programme support for up to 800 local students within the Bay of Plenty.

The historical landmark Athenree Homestead has risen from the ruins and is finally back to how it was 140 years ago when it was first built by Irish settlers Hugh and Adela Stewart in 1879.
Forty years ago concerned residents in the area formed a trust to restore the home to its original state. ....

Under an indigo dawn sky, Kelly Smith from the New Zealand Navy gave a chilling reminder of the human sacrifice of war at Katikati s Anzac Day Dawn Service in front of a 300-strong crowd at Memorial Square on Sunday.
The Lieutenant Commander said April 25 saw the first significant engagement of New Zealand troops in the First World War when they landed at Gallipoli.
By the end of that fateful day, more than 600 New Zealanders had been killed or wounded - more than in the three years of the South African Boer War. ....

Shelley Robinson has experienced many ups and downs over
her daughter Ruby’s life. 18-year-old Ruby has Global
Developmental Delay and Autism, and Shelley had been worried
about her future for some time.
Leaving school was one
of those worries. She was concerned about how her daughter
would transition into the real world – a world filled with
many physical, social and attitudinal
obstacles.
Research shows that when people with
disabilities finish school, it can be incredibly challenging
to embed into communities, to find paid employment and make
money to enable self-worth and to live well.
Shelley
wanted to do something about this. She set up the Chrome ....
