(WKOW)- Jerry Petitgoue is the winningest high school basketball coach in Wisconsin history, and he s added a new accolade to his coaching resume being named as a national coach of the year.
Petitgoue has been coaching basketball at Cuba City for 50 years, and set the standard of success from the start.
When I got to Cuba City I remember the Superintendent Jim Eveland told me, Coach if you beat Platteville once every four years your job is safe, said Petitgoue with a smile on his face. We went out and beat Platteville 17 times in a row. ....
