FEAR gripped the woman who found a human head placed outside her house in Barangay Pandacan, Pinamungajan town, Cebu Sunday morning, June 27, 2021.
The head was wrapped in a blue shopping bag. It was not yet definite if it was male or female.
After Maria Luisa Lerida, married, businesswoman, learned about the head placed outside her house, she immediately reported to the police a certain Michael Gepitulan, 66.
The human head was temporarily placed under the custody of a caretaker and buried in the town’s public cemetery while police investigation on the incident continued. ....
