72,000 people in the Rochdale borough have now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, as of Friday (5 March).
Residents who are aged 60-64, those aged 16 and over with long term conditions and carers (the main carer of an elderly or disabled person) are the priority groups currently being invited for a vaccine.
About 85% of residents aged 65 to 69 have already received their first doses and anyone in this group that have not been able to take up appointments are now being invited to come forward. ....

58,000 people in the Rochdale borough have now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, as of Friday (26 February).

More than 40,000 people in the Rochdale borough have now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, as of Thursday (18 February).
Residents over the age of 70, care home residents and staff, frontline health and social care workers and the clinically extremely vulnerable have now been invited for their first jab.
Invites are now being extended to residents aged 65-69, those aged 16-64 in at-risk groups, and carers of older and disabled people for their first vaccination.
NHS staff, GPs and volunteers have been praised after the number of residents across the borough of Rochdale who have received a first dose of the vaccine has now exceeded 40,000. ....

More than 38,000 people in the Rochdale borough have now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, as of Friday (12 February).
Residents who are over 70, along with health and social care workers and people in the clinically extremely vulnerable category are the priority groups currently being invited for a vaccine. The next group to be invited for a vaccination will be people in group five - people aged 65-69.
Over 70s and health and social care workers are being invited to phone or email to book a vaccination appointment. ....

More than 27,000 people in the borough have now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
In England, over 5.7million people have received at least one dose of the vaccine since vaccinations began on 8 December.
The top four priority groups that are being targeted to receive at least the first dose of a vaccine before 15 February include (in priority order):
residents in a care home for older adults and their carers
people aged 80 years and over ....
