Times staff report View Comments Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud announced it will reopen eight of its Senior Dining congregate dining room locations, including at the Whitney Senior Center in St. Cloud, beginning Aug. 2. The Catholic Charities Senior Dining program serves low-cost meals to people 60 and older in Central Minnesota. The in-person dining rooms have been closed since March 13, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the release.
