McLelland will be based in Kapnick’s Troy office. McLelland joins Kapnick with 17 years’ professional insurance and surety bond experience. He is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent and Certified Authority on Workers Compensation. “We’re excited to have Jason coming in to bring new ideas and energy to our well-established construction practice and taking it to the next level,” says Don Engle, president of Kapnick’s property and casualty division.
