માત્ર 5 કલાકમાં 22 કિ.મી રૂટ પર ફરીને ભગવાનના રથ નિજ મંદિરમાં પરત ફરશે
સંક્રમણ વધે નહીં એ માટે પ્રસાદ વિતરણ પર પ્રતિબંધ રહેશે
7 વાગ્યે મુખ્યમંત્રી પહિંદ વિધિ કરશે
ભગવાનની રથયાત્રાનો પ્રસાદ ગુરૂપૂર્ણિમા સુધી વહેંચવામાં આવશે. સવારે 7 વાગ્યે મુખ્યમંત્રી રૂપાણી પહિંદ વિધિ કરાવશે. ત્યાર બાદ સાડા સાત વાગ્યે ભગવાન જગદીશ નગરચર્યાએ નીકળશે. પ્રથમ વખત આ રથયાત્રામાં માત્ર ત્રણ રથ અને અન્ય બે વાહનો જ જોડાશે. ભજનમંડળીઓ, અખાડાઓ, ગજરાજાઓને તેમજ વિવિધ ટેબ્લો સાથે નિકળતા અન્ય ટ્રકોનો મંજૂરી અપાઈ નથી.

ઉપરાતં જે વિસ્તારમાંથી રથયાત્રા નિકળવાની છે તે તમામ વિસ્તારોમાં સરકારે કરફ્યુ લાદી દીધો છે. સવારે 7 વાગ્યે રથયાત્રા નિકળશે અને માત્ર પાંચ કલાકમાં જ રથયાત્રા નિજ મંદિરે પરત ફરશે. વહેલી સવારે મુખ્યમંત્રી પહિંદવિધિ કરાવીને રથયાત્રાનો પ્રારંભ કરાવશે.
જમાલપુરના જગદીશ મંદિરેથી જય રણછોડ માખણ ચોરના ગગનભેદી નારા સાથે નિકળનારી આ રથયાત્રાના દર્શન માટે ભક્તો રોડ પર આવી શકશે નહીં. અંકુશમાં આવેલો કોરોના વધુ વકરે નહી અને લોકોની ધાર્મિક આસ્થા પણ જળવાઈ રહે તે માટે આખરી દિવસોમાં સરકારે કેટલીક શરતો સાથે રથયાત્રા કાઢવા દેવાની છૂટ આપી હતી. શ્રાધ્ધાળુઓ ઘરે બેસીને જ ટીવી પર જ રથયાત્રા જોઈ શકશે અને ભગવાનના દર્શન કરી શકશે.
ભગવાનના રથ ખેંચનારા ખલાસી ભાઈઓના કોરોનાના ટેસ્ટ કરી દેવાયા છે. જેમનો RT-PCR ટેસ્ટ નેગેટિવ આવ્યો છે તેમને જ રથ ખેંચવાની મંજૂરી છે. રથયાત્રાના રૂટ પર પ્રસાદીનુ વિતરણ ભગવાન જગન્નાથજી,ભાઈ બલરામજી તથા બહેન સુભદ્રાજીની મૂર્તી સાથે અલગ અલગ ત્રણ રથ સાથેની રથયાત્રા જમાલપુરના જગદીશ મંદિરેથી સવારે 7 વાગ્યે નિકળશે. તેમજ પરંપરાગત રૂટ પર ફરશે.
નિયત રૂટ ઉપર મ્યુનિ. કોઠા,રાયપુર ચકલા, ખાડિયા ચાર રસ્તા, કાલુપુર સર્કલ, સરસપુર પહોંચશે. મામાનુ ઘર ગણાતા સરસપુરમાં રથયાત્રા થોડો સમય વિરામ કરશે. ત્યાર બાદ કાલુપુર સર્કલ,પ્રેમ દરવાજા, દીલ્હી ચકલા, શાહપુર દરવાજા,આર સી હાઈસ્કુલ, પિત્તળિયા બંબા,પાનકોર નાકા, માણેકચોક થઈ નિજ મંદિરે પરત ફરશે. બપોરે 12 વાગ્યા સુધીમાં રથયાત્રા પરત આવી જશે.
રથયાત્રાની સલામતિ માટે પોલીસનો લોખંડી બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવાયો છે.રથયાત્રાના રૂટમાં આવતા કારંજ, શાહપુર,માધવપુરા, ગાયકવાડ હવેલી, શહેરકોટડા, કાલુપુર, ખાડીયા અને દરિયાપુર એમ 8 પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં મીની કંટ્રોલ રૂમ તૈયાર કરાયા છે. ઉપરાંત રથયાત્રાનુ લાઈવ મોનિટરીંગ કરવા માટે રૂટ પર સીસીટીવી કેમેરા ગોઠવાયા છે.
સમગ્ર રથયાત્રાના રૂટ ઉપર જૂદા જૂદા સ્થળો પર આતંકવાદી પ્રવૃત્તિ અટકાવવા માટે બોંબ ડીટેક્શન એન્ડ ડીસ્પોઝલ સ્કોવોડની 10 ટીમ, ચેતક કમાન્ડો ડોગ સ્કવોડ નેત્રા જેવી ટીમોને તૈનાત કરાઈ છે. તેમજ ૧૫ ડ્રોન કેમેરાની મદદથી તમામ ગતિવિધિઓ પર ધ્યાન રખાશે. ચુસ્ત રીતે કરફ્યુનો અમલ કરાવાશે.
અમદાવાદમાં રથયાત્રાના દિવસે ક્યાં રહેશે કરફ્યુ
– શહેરના 08 પોલીસ સ્ટેશન હદ વિસ્તારોમાં સવારના 05 વાગેથી રથયાત્રા પૂર્ણ ના થાય ત્યાં સુધી કરફ્યુ.
– ગાયકવાડ હવેલી, ખાડિયા, કાલુપુર, દરિયાપુર, શાહપુર, કારંજ, માધુપુરા, શહેરકોટડા પોલીસ સ્ટેશન હદમાં કરફ્યુ.
– નહેરુબ્રિજ, ગાંધીબ્રિજ, એલિસબ્રીજ, અમદૂપુરા બ્રિજ બંધ રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે.
– આસ્ટોડિયાથી સારંગપુર, પ્રેમ દરવાજા, કાલુપુર બ્રિજ માર્ગ બંધ રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે.
– રથયાત્રા રૂટ પરના વિસ્તારોને ‘નો પાર્કિંગ ઝોન’ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.
રથયાત્રાના દિવસે શહેરના 8 પોલીસ સ્ટેશનની હદમાં પ્રવેશ કરી શકશો નહી
– શહેરના 08 પોલીસ સ્ટેશન હદ વિસ્તારોમાં સવારના 05 વાગેથી રથયાત્રા પૂર્ણ ના થાય ત્યાં સુધી કરફ્યુ.
– સરદાર બ્રિજથી ફુલબજારથી જમાલપુર ચાર રસ્તા, એસટી સર્કલ, આસ્ટોડિયા દરવાજા, સારંગપુર સર્કલ,
– પોટલીયા ચાર રસ્તા, નિર્મલપુરા ચાર રસ્તા, મેમ્કો ચાર રસ્તા, અમદુપુરા બ્રિજ નીચે ત્રણ રસ્તા
– ઈદગાહ સર્કલ, પ્રેમ દરવાજા, દિલ્હી દરવાજા, રાહત સર્કલ, ગાંધીબ્રિજ શંકરભુવન ઢાળ ટી,
– નહેરુબ્રિજ રૂપાલી સિનેમા ત્રણ રસ્તા, એલિસબ્રિજ વિક્ટોરિયા ગાર્ડનથી ઉપર જણાવેલ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારની હદમાં પ્રવેશ કરી નહિ શકાશે.

– નરોડાથી મેમ્કો તરફથી આવતા વાહનો મેમ્કો ચાર રસ્તાથી ડાબી બાજુ વળી બાપુનગર રખિયાલ અમરાઈવાડી તરફ ડાયવર્ઝન
– સોનીની ચાલી તરફથી આવતા વાહનો રખિયાલ ચાર રસ્તાથી જમણી બાજુ વળી મેમ્કો તરફ તથા ડાબી બાજુ વળી ગોમતીપુર મણીનગર દાણીલીમડા તરફ ડાયવર્ઝન
– નારોલ તરફથી આવતા વાહનો દાણીલીમડા થઈ આંબેડકર બ્રિજ થઈ આશ્રમ રોડ તરફ ડાયવર્ઝન
– આશ્રમ રોડ તરફના વાહનો પશ્ચિમના રિવરફ્રન્ટ રોડનો ઉપયોગ કરી સુભાષબ્રિજ સર્કલ થઈ શિલાલેખ ચાર રસ્તા થઈ શાહીબીગા ડફનાળા એરપોર્ટ તરફ ડાયવર્ઝન
– પશ્ચિમના રીવરફ્રન્ટ રોડનો ઉપયોગ આંબેડકર બ્રિજ થઈ દાણીલીમડા ગોમતીપુર મણીનગર તરફ અવરજવર કરી શકાશે.

અમદાવાદમાં ભગવાન જગન્નાથ સઘન પોલીસ-બંદોબસ્ત વચ્ચે નગરચર્યાએ નીકળ્યા છે. રથયાત્રાના સમગ્ર રૂટ પર કર્ફ્યૂ લગાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. ત્યારે કર્ફ્યૂને કારણે મુસાફરો પરેશાન થઈ રહ્યા છે. શહેરમાં અમદુપુરાથી કાલુપુર રેલવે સ્ટેશન સુધી મુસાફરોને સામાન સાથે ચાલીને જવું પડ્યું છે. હાલમાં કાલુપુર રેલવે સ્ટેશન પર મુસાફરોની અવરજવર ચાલુ છે, પરંતુ શહેરમાં રથયાત્રાના રૂટ પર વાહનવ્યવહાર કર્ફ્યૂને કારણે બંધ છે, જેથી અનેક મુસાફરો પરેશાન થયા છે. ઉત્તરપ્રદેશ જવા નીકળેલા મુસાફરોને રેલવે સ્ટેશન સુધી સામાન સાથે ચાલીને જવું પડ્યું છે.

પોલીસે પ્રવાસીઓને પોલીસના વાહનમાં અન્ય સ્થાને લઈ જવા મદદ કરી
રથયાત્રા દરમિયાન શહેરમાં અલગ અલગ વિસ્તારોમાં પોલીસ-બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવાયો છે. અનેક વિસ્તારોમાં નિયંત્રણો લગાવવામાં આવ્યાં છે. ત્યારે કાલુપુર દરવાજા પાસે રેલવે સ્ટેશનથી આવતા અને જતા પ્રવાસીઓ માટે પોલીસે માનવીય અભિગમ અપનાવ્યો. સ્થાનિક પોલીસે પોલીસનાં વાહનોમાં પ્રવાસીઓને અન્ય સ્થાને લઈ જવામાં મદદ કરી, જેને કારણે અટવાયેલા મુસાફરોમાં આનંદ જોવા મળ્યો અને તેમણે ખુશી વ્યક્ત કરી હતી.
પોલીસે પોતાના વાહનમાં મુસાફરોને અન્ય વિસ્તારમાં ખસેડ્યા.
10 પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાં આજે બપોરે 2 વાગ્યા સુધી કર્ફ્યૂ
રથયાત્રા ગાયકવાડ હવેલી, ખાડિયા, કાલુપુર, શહેરકોટડા, દરિયાપુર, શાહપુર, કારંજ, માધવપુરા, દાણીલીમડા અને સાબરમતી રિવરફ્રન્ટ ઇસ્ટ એમ આ 10 પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાંથી પસાર થવાની છે, આથી આ તમામ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના તાબા હેઠળ આવતા વિસ્તારોમાં આજે બપોરે 2 વાગ્યા સુધી સંપૂર્ણ કર્ફ્યૂ લદાયો છે.
વાહનચાલકો માટે વૈકલ્પિક રૂટ
નરોડાથી મેમ્કો તરફ આવતાં વાહનો મેમ્કો ચાર રસ્તાથી ડાબી બાજુ વળી બાપુનગર - રખિયાલ-અમરાઈવાડી તરફ જઈ શકશે.
સોનીની ચાલી તરફથી આવતાં વાહનો રખિયાલ ચાર રસ્તાથી જમણી બાજુ વળી મેમ્કો તરફથી ડાબે વળીને ગોમતીપુર - મણિનગર - દાણીલીમડા તરફ અવરજવર કરી શકશે.
નારોલથી આવતાં વાહનો દાણીલીમડાથી આંબેડકર બ્રિજ થઈ આશ્રમ રોડ જઈ શકશે.
આશ્રમ રોડથી સુભાષબ્રિજ સર્કલ થઈ શિલાલેખ ચાર રસ્તા થઈ શાહીબાગ ડફનાળા, એરપોર્ટ અવરજવર કરી શકાશે. આંબેડકર બ્રિજ થઇને દાણીલીમડા-ગોમતીપુર-મણિનગર જઈ શકાશે.
શહેરમાં સમગ્ર રૂટ પર પોલીસ-બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

Jharkhand women take green route to create livelihood opportunities

JHARKHAND: Gloria from Thetaigangar block of Jharkhand’s Simdega district used to waste her time sitting idle before joining the Mahila Utpadak Samooh, a women’s cooperative involved in collection and selling of forest produce, especially medicinal plants and herbs.
Now, this gives her an additional earning of over Rs 4,000 every month. More than 12,500 rural women like Gloria are benefitting from the training programme of Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) under Medicinal Plant Project of the Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojana.
Under the project, women living in and around forests are trained in collection and processing of Kusum, Karanj, tamarind and other forest produce. They are also being provided market linkage through Palash Mart spread across the state. With this government initiative, tribal women are earning over Rs 4,000 every month. Moreover, about 300 farmers are also earning up to Rs 5,000 by working with rural service centres.
