YUBA COUNTY, Calif. - Three people were arrested in an attempted homicide investigation and are in custody, Yuba County Sheriff’s department said.
Robby Lepird, 31, and Jesse Feamster, 23, were arrested Tuesday night by Stockton’s California Highway Patrol officers while Zachary Williams, 39, was arrested on April 2 by Merced Police.

Gracemere police and specialist police from Rockhampton executed four search warrants on properties in Gracemere on Thursday.
Police located and seized a large quantity of MDMA (ecstasy), methamphetamines, and cash.
Three men and four women have been charged with 19 offences including possessing dangerous drugs, supplying dangerous drugs, producing dangerous drugs, and weapons offences.
A 54-year-old Gracemere man, a 29-year-old Gracemere woman, 24-year-old Rockhampton woman, and 44-year-old Rockhampton man will appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on April 19.
Then a 28-year-old Gracemere man, 40-year-old Gracemere woman, and 32-year-old Gracemere woman will appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on April 23.
Stolen Caltrans Equipment found at Merced automotive recycling business
Sonora, CA Over $710,000 worth of stolen equipment, including a Caltrans Caterpillar excavator taken from Coulterville, were recovered at a Merced chop shop.

The search for a stolen excavator led to a scrap yard in Merced where Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force investigators found 10 stolen vehicles from Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, Tuolumne and San Joaquin counties and arrested one man on various criminal charges including running a chop shop.
StanCATT investigators were conducting follow up on tips regarding a 2017 Caterpillar Excavator with brush attachment that was stolen out of Tuolumne County. The tips led the investigators to an automotive recycling business in the 300 block of State Route 59 in Merced. On Monday, StanCATT Investigators conducted a business inspection pursuant
