Houston Firefighters puts additional assets in China fund

Houston Firefighters Relief and Retirement Fund made a follow-on commitment of up to $25 million to BlackRock China Opportunities Fund, recently released meeting minutes show.
The $4.2 billion pension board approved the commitment at its Nov. 17 meeting.
The amount that the retirement fund currently has in the vehicle could not be learned. Chief Investment Officer Ajit Singh was not immediately available to provide for additional information.
