The Government will sell three residential sites by tender in the January-March quarter that will provide about 2,240 flats. Announcing the quarterly land sale programme for the fourth quarter of 2020-21 today, Secretary for Development Michael Wong said one of the residential sites is in the Kwu Tung North New Development Area and the other two are at the Peak and in Kai Tak.
