SIT chief & her team will be honoured for tightening noose on human trafficking cases: Vij
Chandigarh, Feb 9 (UNI) Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said that SIT Chief Bharti Arora and her team would be honoured by the Home Department for doing outstanding work while tightening the noose on cases of human trafficking (kabootarbazi).
The Home Minister appreciated the way the team has worked and said that the team has succeeded in nabbing 452 human traffickers across Haryana. He said that it is noteworthy that a SIT was formed under the supervision of Karnal Police Range IG Bharti Arora to curb human traffickers from Haryana. Taking strict action against the human traffickers, the team arrested many individuals and made a huge recovery from their possession, he added. He said that now the Home Department has decided to honour Ms Bharti Arora and her team. ....
