At 10:10 a.m. Dec. 23, an officer came upon an occupied car stopped on the side of the road. The driver, a Cleveland man, 43, was found to be impaired.
In the car, police found suspected methamphetamine drugs. The man submitted to a breath test, but his blood-alcohol content was found to be .002, under the state minimum for drunk driving of .08. The man refused to take a urine test.

At 5:50 p.m. Dec. 11, employees of Old Navy, 6025 Kruse Drive, saw a woman take merchandise into a dressing room, then walk out of the room without the merchandise in sight. The woman, who was believed to be concealing the merchandise, left the store carrying a full bag.
Police located the suspect, a Twinsburg woman, 33, and found her to be in possession of $223.41 worth of merchandise. Police charged the woman with theft.
