NAWCWD: Marcus retires, Mattox reaches 40 years of service

Bill Marcus retired from Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake on Wednesday, March 31 after nearly 40 years of service.
Marcus joined the federal service in October 1981, working in the Applied Manufacturing Technology Division. He was involved in AMTD operations for many years and worked in position within the planning office, models shops and additive manufacturing. Marcus was a leader in the division’s apprenticeship development, as both a mentor and a teacher, according to a NAWCWD press release.
During his retirement, Marcus plans on working at his home shop part time and continue raising his six month old twin grandchildren ....
