State College’s Cafe 210 West plans to reopen this week after closing through the holiday season, according to its owner. Though it’s likely far too cold to enjoy an afternoon on Cafe’s porch, the bar will welcome customers back inside for the first time in months. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf previously introduced temporary measures limiting indoor dining that expired on January 4, but Cafe closed before the holidays and mitigation efforts took effect. According to owner JR Mangan, Cafe will reopen with new kitchen renovations that are nearing completion. Mangan said the bar plans to resume operations by Wednesday, January 20. ....
