NHS Highland has been rewarded for its efforts to support carers in the workplace.
The health board has received a Carer Positive award for its efforts to create a working environment where carers are valued and have flexibility to balance their work and caring responsibilities.
NHS Highland chief executive Pam Dudek said: âWe are delighted. We will continue to develop our policies to ensure colleagues across the organisation who combine caring responsibilities with their role in NHS Highland feel respected, valued and supported to work as flexibly as they require.â ....
