Brendell Elmore avoided a criminal record after testifying that his older brother pulled the trigger and his older sister set up the 2018 homicide.
The older siblings went to prison, while Brendell settled his case in Family Court, avoiding an adult conviction and getting a second chance someday as a free adult.
But if convicted in Fuld’s death, Jahkim Robinson, 14, won’t get the benefit of the doubt that Brendell, 13, did: the one year difference in their ages changes everything. ....
