COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
UPDATE: UM Board of Curators has passed a 5% tuition increase for students at The University of Missouri, in an 8 to 1 vote.

MU Spokesman Christian Basi said the move was made to give students at the university more resources to help them graduate quicker and succeed.

University of Missouri to require COVID tests for returning undergrads

Columbia Daily Tribune

After consulting with our medical experts, we believe this measure could assist us in assessing the occurrence of the virus as student return from various parts of the country, said Bill Stackman, vice chancellor for student affairs, in a news release.
We know that testing does not stop the spread of the virus, but arrival testing may provide us information at that point in time that helps direct our health strategies and precautionary tactics. ....
