Day 6 continued and Day 7
This is the view we get after crossing the ridge, closer to the lake. On the mountain you can see that the glacier is covered in clouds.
Soon clouds gave a glimpse of the glacier and Harmukh peak:
You can see small water streams flowing into lake from glacier:
On the way to the second, bigger lake:
This is the larger lake- Gangbal:
The Nundkol lake and Harmukh peak the next day:
This almost concludes the trek. Day 7 is full of descent and I don t have many pics of the day as descent was through woods. And we were very eager to taste the Kashmiri Biriyani! ....
