The City of Jackson is honoring a young boy who was kidnapped and killed.The city council voted unanimously Tuesday to name the splash pad at Presidential Hills Park to Kingston Frazier Memorial Splash Pad.The mayor says an official ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held next month.Frazier, who was 6 years old at the time, was kidnapped and killed in May 2017.
