The City of Jackson is honoring a young boy who was kidnapped and killed.The city council voted unanimously Tuesday to name the splash pad at Presidential Hills Park to Kingston Frazier Memorial Splash Pad.The mayor says an official ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held next month.Frazier, who was 6 years old at the time, was kidnapped and killed in May 2017.

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - A Jackson family is still feeling the pain of the loss of their loved one found murdered in a park more than four years ago.
The unsolved case is one of many in the city and across the country. Justin Jonesâ loved ones hope there will be a fresh look at the cold case.
âJustin was a light. He was a bright light,â said Jonesâ cousin Ebony Butler. âHe did not deserve what happened to him and he does not deserve for someone to treat his case as if it doesnât matter.â ....
