Kington shoppers have paid tribute to Zarins Vitalijs (Vic), of Letts Electrical shop,
A COMMUNITY has paid their tributes to a fascinating man who who was a popular figure on the town s high street.
Zarins Vitalijs (Vic) Of Letts Electrical shop, Kington, passed away peacefully at Kington Court earlier this month aged 94 years.
He was the loving husband of the late Biruta and father of Juris and Peter.
