KING COUNTY, Wash. Multiple crews are continuing to battle a large brush fire burning in south King County Sunday evening.
The fire was reported around 4:30 p.m. in the area of 35200 Green Valley Road near Black Diamond in King County. 
The fire was caused by a burn pile that got out of control, according to fire officials. ....

KIRKALND, Wash. - A suspected porch pirate and felony fugitive is on the run after getting away from police during a chase through King County Sunday afternoon.
The man was suspected in stealing a package off a Kirkland porch on Saturday, according to Lt. Rob Saloum with Kirkland Police.
Officers tracked the man to a Motel 6 on 120th Place NE late Sunday morning. Around noon, police spotted the man and a woman getting into their car.
Officers told the man to get out of the car, but instead the man drove off, striking an officer as he sped away, Saloum said. The officer suffered a leg injury but was able to jump out of the way minimizing much of the impact, according to Saloum. ....
