A new restaurant specializing in boiled seafood celebrated its recent opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday.
C est Bon Crawfish in Youngsville held the ceremony Friday afternoon. The Youngsville Chamber of Commerce was in attendance and helped to celebrate the milestone.
The seafood restaurant officially opened its doors on January 14th and offers boiled shrimp, crab, and of course, crawfish.
Owners Keith and Kelly Broussard hoped to open their restaurant last year, but said the COVID-19 pandemic made it hard to get supplies, adding that supplies and shipments were often delayed. They decided to postpone the soft opening to January, and have taken the time since to train themselves and their employees on running the restaurant. ....
