A six-year-old Australian boy has died after a freak accident involving a plush penguin toy at his home, according to his family. Deklan Babington-MacDonald died last Friday at Queensland Children’s Hospital in South Brisbane just five days after the accident. The boy had what his family described as a severe accident with the toy he was playing with at the family’s home in Nerang. The family had bought the toy at Sea World, a marine theme park located on Australia’s Gold Coast, Australia’s 9News reported. ....
