Edinburgh Police said officers were called Tuesday to a reported disturbance at Indiana Premium Outlets. Officers learned that a theft had occurred and said two suspects were identified as Leosha Morris and Shayvonne Rickets of Louisville, Kentucky. Police said they recovered items believed taken from five outlet stores as well as Greenwood Park Mall, valued at more than $4,100.

With 42% of doses unused last week, Kentucky’s governor tells residents ‘we need you to sign up’
Updated 9:08 PM;
LEXINGTON, Ky. As he pleaded with Kentuckians to sign up for a COVID-19 vaccine, Gov. Andy Beshear announced 645 new cases of the virus, along with 16 deaths from as far back as July, October, September and December.

The positivity rate is 2.81%.
After an 11-week decline in cases, the number of new infections across the state plateaued last week. It’s cause for concern, Beshear said earlier this week, warning Kentuckians that a fourth surge is possible, even though more than a quarter of the adult population is at least partially immunized. ....
