Milford. Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the criminal sentences issued on Dec. 10 by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak.

David Lee King, 44, of Matamoras, Pa., was sentenced to 9 years to 18 years in a state correctional facility and fined $1,500 for the crimes of Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance and two counts of Delivery of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance. On Aug. 20, 2019, King sold Heroin, Fentanyl and Acetyl Fentanyl to a confidential informant at a residence in Delaware Township. On November 19, 2019, King sold heroin and fentanyl to a confidential informant at a residence in Matamoras Borough. On Feb. 28, 2020, King sold fentanyl to a confidential informant in Matamoras Borough. ....
