The Klang Sessions Court on Monday sentenced a lorry driver to 33 years of imprisonment after he was found guilty of pimping his own wife and daughter.
The 44-year-old man was also accused under Section 13(b) and Section 14 of the Anti-Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 of raping his 13-year-old daughter.

Sex assault victim needs funds to refile case

PETALING JAYA: A law firm has started a crowdfunding campaign to help a Mongolian woman refile a civil action suit against a former police inspector in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.
Thomas Philip Advocates and Solicitors aims to raise RM46,500 on behalf of Nandine-Erdene Khoskhulug in order to continue with the case.
The firm in a statement said Khoskhulug had filed a civil action suit in the Kuala Lumpur High Court in April last year seeking declarations that she was unlawfully detained and raped by Hazrul Hizham Ghazali during the initial movement control order, as well as other damages.
“The High Court recently struck off the civil action filed against Hazrul when Khoskhulug failed to make payment of RM70,000 in ‘security for costs’. ....
