Man claims trial to 55 counts of incest, nine counts of rape

KLANG: A 42-year-old father of five claimed trial at the Sessions Court here with 55 counts of incest with his daughter and nine counts of raping her friend.
The man - who cannot be named to protect the identity of his daughter - pleaded not guilty to all 64 charges before judge Datin M. Kunasundary on Wednesday (Feb 24)
He allegedly raped his daughter from April 2019 to Jan 2021 and her friend from Aug 2020 to Jan 2021.
Both alleged victims were classmates and also worked at his sugarcane juice stall.
If found guilty of the 55 charges under Section 376B (1) of the Penal Code for incest, he faces a maximum 30-year jail term and whipping for each charge. ....

Father of five to be charged with allegedly raping 14-year-old daughter, friend

KLANG: A 42-year-old father of five will be charged at the Klang court on Wednesday (Feb 24) with allegedly raping his daughter and her friend.
According to Klang police, the man had been allegedly raping his 14-year-old daughter since she was 10 years old.
His allegedly dirty deed came into the open after his daughter’s friend, whom he is also accused of raping, lodged a report against him at the South Klang district police headquarters.
Learning that her friend had lodged a report against her father over his allegedly dastardly act, the daughter followed suit and lodged a subsequent report at the same police station. ....
