Vidalia onions arriving for big annual Civitan Club fundraiser

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – It’s almost time to get your onions!
The Clarksville Civitan Club this week will receive 6,020 10-pound bags of sweet Vidalia onions, straight from Georgia, as part of its big annual fundraiser.
Onions will be available for pickup at the Clarksville Civitan Office, 223 N. Second St. Ten-pound bags are $10 each. Please call 931-648-5757 to check on office hours and reserve your bags. Additional cell numbers are 931-216-9425 (LeRoy Parks) or 931-206-2640 (Debbie Hutchinson).

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Civitan Club hosted their Annual Public Safety Awards Day Wednesday, March 10, honoring members of law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical services and emergency management personnel.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy, Lt. Mark Wojnarek, was recognized by Clarksville Civitans for his 20 years of service to Montgomery County. Wojnarek began his career in law enforcement in 1997 with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office. ....
