CRASH LITITZ: A garbage truck struck an unoccupied vehicle that was parked in the 500 block of General Sutter Avenue at around 12:22 p.m. on April 14, police said. No injuries were reported in the crash, police said. Council was told during its committee meeting that city officials expect to see about $8.37 million in block grant funding over the next five years. East Lampeter Township police BURGLARY EAST LAMPETER TWP.: More than 1,200 feet of copper piping was cut and removed from the Lancaster Family Resort at 2350 Lincoln Highway East sometime between March 6 and March 8, police said. The suspect was seen driving away in a white Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck, police said. ....
