Lancaster County roads close after pedestrian crash: dispatch

Several roads are closed in East Donegal Township Thursday morning after a pedestrian was hit by a car, dispatchers said.
Lancaster County dispatch said the incident took place around 5:20 a.m. in the area of Colebrook and Carmany roads.
This intersection, as well as Colebrook and Donegal Springs Road, is closed as of 6 a.m., dispatchers said.
No information was available on the condition of the pedestrian. ....
