Blue Bell says the flavor is a creamy vanilla ice cream combined with chocolate crème filled cookie crumbles, chocolate cone pieces coated in dark chocolate and a chocolate fudge sauce. Executive director of advertising and marketing, Joe Robertson said that the flavor is inspired by the creamery s popular Cookie Cone which was introduced in 1997.
