The rebranded ASX-listed property trust plans to operate a co-working space company in Auckland.
ASX-listed Quattro Plus Real Estate has rebranded as Auckland Real Estate Trust and is dual listing on the NZX this Wednesday as it focuses on investing in the city.
Five of the trust’s six properties are in the Auckland CBD, with the sixth property being in Chicago.
It plans to offload the American property next year and have its portfolio 100% located in Auckland, focused on providing SME tenants with flexible office space.
It will offer the office spaces through the Alberts brand, which offers private suites and bespoke workplaces alongside traditional offices offered by the trust. ....
